The interpretation of the Civil Code in light of the Federal Constitution intended to provide hermeneutical solutions for the problems identified in the case, taking into account the content and legislative technique of the Civil Code, from the civil and constitutional perspective.
The work presented to the public has unique characteristics in the national literature law, with a contribution of 44 authors in communion pro undivided, that is, not every author is responsible only for a certain number of pages.
This is the first of 4 volumes that are being developed with the same methodology, and always with the criterion of attribution of collective authorship to the authors. Ultimately this aspect points out the powerful and happy renewal of the academician board of law courses, considering several generations of professors from different academic backgrounds, meeting, however, the task of understanding the law as a social phenomenon and developing a new dogma for contemporary civil law.
