05/08/2013Meritor do Brasil Sistemas Automotivos Ltda. and Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems, LLC signed on July 30, in Caxias do Sul (RS), the final contracts for the sale of their respective shareholding in Suspensys Sistemas Automotivos Ltda., a Grupo Randon S.A. company, a USD 195 million transaction.
Araújo e Policastro Advogados advised Meritor on the legal aspects of the transaction, by Tania Mara Ferreira and Bruno L. Peixoto partners in the firm, and Mauricio Macedo Cichitosi, associate.
