Eduardo has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatizations, Domestic and International Agreements, Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade transactions, acquired in more than 20 years of experience between Brazil and Europe, where assisted Italian, Portuguese, Swiss, German, English and Dutch companies, as well as financial institutions and agencies of the European Union and diplomatic representations.
He has worked in Trigueiro Fontes Advogados firm, TozziniFreire Advogados, Ernest Young (De Rosa, Siqueira, Carvalho Advogados), Stroeter, Trench e Veirano Advogados (Baker & McKenzie), Nedlloyd do Brasil Navegação (Royal Nedlloyd Group) and Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
Fazoli holds a law degree (LL.B.) from the School of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP), with specializations in Economics from the Economic Research Institute Foundation of the School of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP). He is a professor of Law in the School of Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (FGV/SP).
Eduardo is a lecturer in seminars and meetings and is the author of several works and articles published in Brazil and abroad.
